What this site is

3XA ECOM builds online stores for ecommerce brands and runs their advertising. This website (ecom.3xa.es) is the operations console our team uses to do that work. It is not a public shop and it sells nothing.

What data we collect

When an authorized operator signs in — with Google, X or a password — we process their name and email address to authenticate them and to grant the right level of access. We also store a session cookie to keep the operator signed in.

Why the GDPR still applies to us

3XA ECOM LLC is established in the United States and has no establishment in the European Union. That does not put operator data outside the GDPR: where an operator is in the Union, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 applies to us through its article 3(2), and every right listed below is exercised under it.

It also creates a duty on our side: a controller without an EU establishment must appoint a representative in the Union in writing (art. 27 RGPD) and publish the contact details. That appointment is under way; until it is published here, write to the address below and we will handle your request ourselves, and your right to complain to your own supervisory authority is unaffected.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management only. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used on this site.

Third-party sign-in

If you choose to sign in with Google or X, those providers share a limited profile (name and verified email) with us so we can match it to an existing operator account. We never post on your behalf and we do not receive your password.

How we use and share it

Operator data is used solely to run the console and secure access to it. We do not sell personal data. We only share it with the service providers strictly needed to operate the platform (e.g. hosting and authentication).

Retention and your rights

We keep operator data for as long as the account is active. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by contacting us.

If you are in the European Union you may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your Member State of residence (art. 77 GDPR). Because we have no establishment in the Union there is no lead authority or one-stop shop, so each competent authority may be addressed directly.
