Purpose and access

This site is the internal operations console of 3XA ECOM, operated by 3XA ECOM LLC. Access is restricted to authorized operators. Any unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the console only for its intended business purpose, to keep your credentials confidential, and not to attempt to disrupt, probe or circumvent its security.

Intellectual property

The site, its software and its content are owned by 3XA ECOM LLC or licensed to it, and are protected by applicable law. No license is granted except the limited right to use the console as an authorized operator.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, 3XA ECOM LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site. This disclaimer is addressed to businesses and authorized operators: it does not, and cannot, reduce the statutory rights of consumers buying from any store we operate, which are set out in that store’s own terms and owed by the seller identified there.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal law of the United States of America, excluding their conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from the use of this console are submitted to the state and federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

That clause covers this console and its operators only. It does not apply to purchases made in a store we operate: a consumer resident in the European Union keeps the mandatory protection of their country of residence (art. 6(2) Rome I) and the right to sue and be sued in their own courts (art. 18 Brussels I bis), as stated in each store’s terms and conditions.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
